Avalon Brentwood Homeowners Announce Neighborhood Meeting June 25th 7pm at Ponderosa Elementary School

South San Francisco, CA   June 14, 2018

The Avalon Brentwood Homeowners Association is actively working on increasing membership as the group re-establishes it’s presence to benefit those who live in the area and address on-going concerns with the intent of bringing neighbors together forming a safer and friendly community. Current interim board members have made great strides resurrecting the association and they look forward to filling two additional positions and voting in a full board which will allow them to conduct the business needed as they move the neighborhood forward.

Traffic continues to be a main concern and that will be part of the conversation at the upcoming meeting along with the announcement of activities being planned for National Night Out on August 7th at Avalon Park. Other activities and concerns will be discussed so please help get the message out to neighbors in these areas: Avalon Pines, Avalon Park, Brentwood.

For specific ABHOA questions please contact Interim President Steve Carey and/or Interim Vice President Jim Bernardini

UPDATE: Please note this meeting will be held by the City of South San Francisco and the Avalon Brentwood HOA greatly appreciates the support of neighbors attending.
