Greetings,
I have a unique pleasure to announce private tours of Beale Air Force Base and I thought that your club might like to plan and attend this event. The tours are on Fridays only and begin at 930am and end at approximately 3pm. The first tours begin in March and already March 7th and March 14th tours are full. The 5 hour tour cost is $35 for each guest and this includes lunch at the new base restaurant, bus transportation and free parking at the Museum of the Forgotten Warrior.

Beale is the largest U-2 base in the world and designated as an intelligence base as it gathers information from the U-2’s, drones and other highly intelligence means. Many of the squadrons at Beale support the war effort in Afghanistan, Syria and other hot spots in our world.

The tour can accommodate a maximum of 43 guests and Beale Security requires that each guest must submit their legal name, date of birth and driver’s license number prior to the tour. All guests must be at least 18 years of age and must be U.S. citizens.

If you are interested in scheduling a tour I look forward to hearing from you. Most Americans never have an opportunity to witness attack dogs in training at the K-9 squadron, a photo opportunity to actually stand next to a SR-71, to tour the flight line and take photos next to a T-38 fighter, and to visit the Physiological Squadron where they actually prepare U-2 pilots for flight.

Sincerely,
Dennis R. Kocher

My name is Dillon Brown and I attend Sutter High School. I am very interested in your tour for our class to Beale. I think it is important for each student to understand and appreciate our Military for what they do for our Country.

I am interested in a tour of Beale, however I don’t have a group. Does the AFB provide tours to individuals who aren’t part of any group?
Thank you,
Phyllis Haupert
