On 07/26/2015, at approximately 1730 hours, Madyson (Maddy) Middleton rode her white Razor Scooter away from her residence located on the 1000 block of River Street in Santa Cruz, California.
Madyson Middleton is a white female, 8 years old, 4 feet, 0 inches tall, weighing 48 pounds, with blondish-brown hair, and blue eyes. Last seen wearing a purple knee-length dress, black leggings, black helmet, and hair braided to the right side.
