The Partnership was formed in 1995 with a mission to guide collaborative efforts and connect our community to services that promote well-being.

Annually, over $1 Million in quality programs and services are provided to the Northern San Mateo County Community through the Partnership’s collaborative efforts. DCP serves the community with programs and services through the following departments:

Our Second Home Family Resource Center, After School Academic Programs, Healthy Aging Response Team and the Community Action Response Team.

Over 60 agencies, businesses, and institutions comprise The Partnership’s Membership, which meets on a bi-monthly basis to network, share information, foster open, respectful communication, identify key community issues. Partnership members collaborate in providing high-quality, effective programs for our community, while avoiding duplication of services. Our vision is to empower a community of people to learn, grow, and achieve a fulfilling life.
