EDIT UPDATE: DALY CITY POLICE HAVE ADVISED SHE HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE IN VALLEJO AND THERE IS NOT GUN THANK YOU TO ALL
On Thursday, 09-28-17 at 9:30 a.m., Daly City resident Elvina Lynn Guillory was reported as a missing juvenile at risk. Elvina is 17 years old and is 5’10” tall and 170 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes and has tattoos on both arms. Her hair is in long braids. Elvina was last seen wearing a black wool cap, a black t-shirt and blue jeans.
Based on the latest information, Elvina is in possession of a handgun. If you see her or have information regarding her whereabouts, please contact the Daly City Police Department or your local law enforcement agency immediately. Do not make contact with her.
