Saturday January 26th at about 8:44pm, 2 South San Francisco Women were robbed by unknown assailants that are still at large.
The women were walking northbound on the 400 block of Maple Avenue when they saw 2 suspicious men approach them from opposite end of the street. The women tried to cross the street but the 2 man caught up quickly and brandished handguns at them.
The gunmen demanded the women to be silent and hand over their valuables. The suspects then ordered the women to turn and walk in the opposite direction while they ran NB on Maple towards Lux.
Suspects were either black or Hispanic, medium complexions, in their late teens or early 20’s. Both guys were wearing dark pants, one had grey hoodie, the other a black hoodie and a black beanie hat.
